Fresh, delicious and very reasonably priced food. I’ve ordered sandwiches, pizzas, and salads for the crew at work from Briatore many times and the owners are always very accommodating. I will also go out of my way to get one of their homemade chocolate chip cookies and their gourmet vegetarian pizza is one of the best vegetarian pizzas I’ve ever had.
BEST in Bellevue. A greata pizza– 18 inches– half roasted red peppers–half anchovies, lamb gyro meat, zucchini, ricotta, eggplant. Hell– it was just a great list! I had no idea how this would taste. But it turned out great. The veggies were grilled before they were put on the pizza. The crust was thin and delicious. And not too much sauce. The best pizza I have had in the past two years– including anything I had in Charlotte, NC or in Atlanta, GA! And I would put it up against almost any pizza in NY/NJ/CT. I would upload a picture– but I ate it!
