This is a good and popular breakfast and lunch place. My wife had Bear’s Special, which is a combination scramble, and really liked it. I had the German Sausage & Potato Pancakes, since it has been years since I had potato pancakes. My meal was very good and I can see why many order it. Solid diner style service. We could easily be back.

Great place. Very busy on Sundays. Home made corned beef hash and espresso drinks; what more could you want?
Great Food. We were invited to breakfast last Saturday morning with another couple and after reading some of the negative reports, I was a bit concerned about what we were to experience. All I can say is that there must be two cafes with the same name because all of the negative flags that were raised in some reviews were totally non-existent in our experience. First and foremost, the quality of food was outstanding. The order was taken quickly and we were served promptly. Numerous times one of the wait-staff would check to see if we needed more coffee or for that matter, anything else. They were pleasant and competent. The four of us in our party each had a different meal and each of commented on how tasty the food was. I don’t normally write a review but in this case, it seems important to give praise where praise is due.
The service was good, the food was fine, but generic. I’d eat there again, but mostly out of convenience. The food was rather bland.
Overpriced for bland food. Cozy atmosphere, but had a hard time getting service.
