Have not been here for a while. Came here for a quick dinner. Ordered the egg plant, tofu and fish hotpot. The fish was excellent with ample garlic with its rich sauce. The eggplant was cooked just right, along with the tofu and filets of fish. Need to eat this with rice to balance out the richness.
Best Asian restaurant on the Eastside. I’ve been eating here for years and everything is so great. Lemongrass Chicken Spaghetti, salt and pepper pork chop and any of their vegetable dishes are my go to favorites. Also, great curry dishes.Remember tho, cash only.
Great food. One of the few places we go for good Taiwanese food.
I really enjoy their curry. As for Chinese food, they do a great job making authentic.
Fast and yummy food!. Great selection of dishes, food was fast to arrive and very affordable. The only downside is that they take cash only… so for someone who uses plastic almost exclusively, I have to make a special trip to the ATM before heading there – but totally worth it.
Satisfying Chinese Food. We have never been disappointed when dining at Cafe Ori. The food is absolutely great and service is quick. Each dish seems authentic, unlike some Chinese restaurants where everything tastes the same. Recommendations: Buddhist vegetables, hot and sour soup, lemongrass chicken and beef and broccoli. Cafe Ori was recommended by friends and we brag about it to people all the time.
Hits the mark!. Ordered takeout. Fast service. De-lish food! The Lemongrass Chicken had big chunks of chicken and crisp-tender veggies with a big hit of lemongrass. The Mongolian Beef was spicy enough and lots of tender beef. Hot and Sour Soup was perfect, and full of mushrooms, tofu, etc. Seafood Chow Mein was fantastic with all the seafood cooked to done, but not rubbery. Egg Foo Yung, my hubby’s favorite, was not listed on their extensive menu, but they offered to cook it anyway. Chicken Fried Rice was just okay, but in the whole picture, no big deal. If you’re looking for inexpensive, yummy Chinese food with big portions, eat here!
