Tried both the Bellevue store and the food truck at Crossroads.Spicy fried chicken is still the best, even though their coating is crispier than my liking; flavor was super good!I was disappointed with the food truck’s chicken wings as they were over-fried, dry, and with the hard outer shell, the coating actually hurt my palate.I will stick with the dark spicy fried chicken when I have fried chicken craving. doofniks.com
