A small shop in downtown Bellevue, Fika House Kafe offers great coffees, waffles and small bites.I had the Mexi mocha and it was excellent. They were not shy from the heat to make the mocha spicy, and I loved them for it. Good balance of the heat, chocolate and coffee, it was a wonderful cup.The waffle, however, was quite dense. It seemed to be very healthy — probably made with whole wheat flour, and it was fun to see that they pressed strips of bacon on top of the waffle to make bacon waffle easy to eat and take away. doofniks.com
