Consistently good. Sashimi is always fresh. It’s my regular place in the Eastside for sushi. Better quality than Ginza
Terrible and ridiculously overpriced!. Ranks as probably the worst sushi experience I’ve ever had! I don’t typically post reviews unless I feel I’ve been duped, — and in this case, based on the reviews I read that enticed me to order from Flo’s — I feel I’ve been duped! Overpriced for the small portions you receive with less than stellar quality and taste. We ordered 2 seaweed salads (just give people a seaweed salad and not all the crap you deem a seaweed salad!), dynamite seafood app (mediocre, at best), 2 miso type soups (inedible!! overly salted and just plain gross – threw it away), Washington hand roll (smallest hand roll ever and practically inedible) , lastly another special roll which was recommended over the phone that we didn’t finish. I don’t mind dropping $76 if the food is average/edible, but in this case I threw nearly half in the garbage. The only reason I’m giving Flo’s 2 star is because the customer service was good. Shame your sushi isn’t up to par. Never again. Good luck.
Flo is by far my favorite restaurant. It has delicious food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere.
Decent sushi bar, great dish selection, love the panko crusted oysters. I just wish they had more selections for vegans, my guest barely ate. And the cucumber avocado roll had a tad bit of sashimi. Hope they can be more vegan friendly.
Good food, high prices, bad sushi rice. The cooked food is well executed, nicely balanced flavours, good presentation.The prices are 20% higher than most area Japanese restaurants.The sushi rice, at least on the nigiri, was dense, hard, and cold. This is unfortunately unforgiveable.
This was the best tasting Japanese restaurant we could find in Seattle! Service was fabulous as the food! It so happens the owner is from Hawaii as I am too…it’s no wonder the food satisfied my palette! Highly recommended and a must go to when visiting Seattle!! A++++*
