Gyro salad is very testy! Been to the garlic crush in Redmond. Redmond is a nicer/newer area. But the food is just as good. Also very generous servings. How often do you eat a salad with meat on it where you run out of lettuce before you run out of meat!
I dropped by to this place to have some fattoush but ended up ordering beef shawarma and falafel which was too delicious. Only thing they need is a larger sitting area.
DELICIOUS. Some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve had in Seattle! My husband got the lamb and beef schwarma plate and I got the chicken. It came with a pita and soup or salad. The lentil soup was just amazing. However I was expecting a wrap. Not just a plate of food.
One of the tastiest shavarma ever. The sour garlic paste with it takes the food eating experience to another level. They shud start delivering though.
Im pretty sure thats a blob of crisco not garlic paste. Enough dressing to spill through out the entire togo bag and still have my salad swimming when I opened the clam shell container
Shwarma Plate. I had the lamb shwarma plate; it was quite tasty.
Love the Gyro Salad. We were lucky enough to find the Garlic Crush one nice summer day and ate outside under the trees. What a pleasant experience and the food was great. I had the Gyro Salad which is a very generous portion. I told my son, who lives on the East Coast, about it and he really didn’t care; until a few months later when he called me up and asked me the name of the hole-in-the-wall Greek place I loved. When I told him he got very excited, because a friend of his had just returned from a trip to Seattle and when he got back to Boston, he told my son that he had found the best little hole-in-the-wall Greek restaraunt called the Garlic Crush while he was in the Seattle area. This place is very bare-bones in the way of decor, but if you get a chance to go do and if it’s not your cup of tea, order your meal to go.
