Went on a Saturday night- quite busy, it took us about 15mins to get a table. Had shoyu tsukemen – noodles were expectedly bouncy and chewy. Shoyu broth was comfortably salty for dipping the noodles. Takoyaki had the right flavor and texture. Charsiu was melt in your mouth indulgent with its generous amounts of fat. Kara miso broth had the usual spicy goodness. Friendly and efficient servers. This is the place that would easily come to mind if you’re craving for ramen in bellevue.
