This place was so disappointing. I would’ve been embarrassed to serve the salad..nothing was fresh nor looked fresh..presentation was awful because garnish was dry and shriveled.so overpriced considering how crappy the food was.dont waste you’re money.
Great food and nice location. I love all the lunchbox decor. The service was alright, nothing too exciting and nothing terrible. I had a salad and shake, the shake was very sugary and good! The salad was equally as awesome, minus the sugar. It was all a great experience.
Been here a few times. Great place to get a solid burger and if you’re feeling crazy you can mix it up with some pretty interesting flavor combinations. The milkshakes here are awesome, I would highly recommend grabbing one.
We came here for dinner because we’ve been here before however on this night it was Incredibly slow service. It took 10 minutes for anybody to noticeably were waiting to be seated even though I did go searching for someone. Once seated it took another 10 minutes to get anything ordered. And even though we definitely knew what we wanted by that time he only took the drink orders and he said he would check back for the food even though we said we were overly ready.Appetizers were delivered at the same time Main-course. The drink called the root beer barrel was curdled. And when the food finally arrived we had to switch plates because we were given the wrong menu items, they couldn’t remember which person ordered what dish.
It’s our go to place for over priced, crazy named burgers on the Eastside. Why – because kid loves their veggie burger. Service is spotty, sometimes really good and sometimes slow. Cocktails are bad, IMHO.
A relative recommended another location of Lunchbox Laboratory, so when we saw this one close to where we were it was a no brainer to try. We were quickly seated for a 1 PM lunch. My wife had one of the Daily Specials (Experimental Menu), which was the Jerkin Muh Churken, very Jamaican and messy. She really liked it. I had the James West, their variant of a BBQ burger. I also really liked it. We both had tater tots, which are always good. Friendly and reasonably attentive service. Bellevue prices are always a bit higher than other places, so paying $13.99 did not surprise us, but might for people from lower real estate priced areas. We would stop again.
First thing : 1. Welcoming staff 2. Prompt service 3. Great plating When you’re hungry, which you definitely are if you’re ordering one of their burgers for lunch, you want it fast. And, they do. Without compromising the quality or quantity. Ordered the James West. The super beef patty was well done and went with the crunchiness of the bacon and craziness of Guajillo cheese. It was accompanied well with a side of Onion Rings and fresh greens. Got to go back for their Shakes, looked great!
