Dough is good. For the third time in 2011, we decided to travel to Seattle and hang out. We found ourselves in Bellevue Square for some shopping and figured we should try out Pagliacci’s. It was a Monday evening around closer to 6pm and I was rather shocked to see we were only one of 3 tables in the entire restuarant. There were plenty of staff to cover all the tables and that is always a bonus. We ordered the cheese pizza for our boys and my wife and I ordered a pizza with half hawaiian and half grand salami. The pizza itself was average but I thought the dough was well above average. It had just the right chew/softness that you come to expect from pizza. The toppings itself were just average and was a little sparse on the cheese. Overall, I would consider going back as the value was far better than Serious Pie. The only turn off was as the waiter was talking to us, he had a water jug in one hand and was picking his ear with the other hand. Picture it, Water jug in left hand, right hand used to pick at his left ear, so where would the remnants end up??
Yum! Pizza is always good but the Caesar salad is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Great dressing, fresh greens and perfect croutons. So so so good!
This maybe the worst pizza in downtown Bellevue. It was tasteless.
Good pizza, not so sure about the salads. I am a regular at the Pagliacci on Capitol Hill and the one in West Seattle, but wanted to try the Bellevue Square location for a special occasion, because it is a full service restaurant. The pizza did not disappoint…we got the goat cheese combo, which is very, very tasty. And my 5-year old wolfed down his campagnelle noodles with butter and cheese. The spinach salad was disappointing, however. The portion size of the large one was only slightly larger than the small size of another salad that someone else at the table ordered. And it was supposed to include dried cranberries and gorgonzola cheese, but those did not appear…it had fresh strawberries and feta…not horrible, just not what we ordered! I will return, however, as I really like Pagliacci’s pizza; it is some of the most consistently good pizza in Seattle, in my opinion.
Best pizza so far in seattle. We went there this afternoon, was pretty empty, but the pizza was very good, especially the brookyn, parma primo was not so great, but still much better compare to the other places. we will be back again.
Awsome pizza and other food
Only place in Seattle so far that I’ve found cannolis
