I come here whenever i am in Bellevue. My favorite dish is the halibut with red Thai sauce. The halibut is a decent size and is always cooked perfectly. The red curry sauce compliments the dish perfectly. The only i did not like was the dish cakes appetizer. They were not crispy at all and were hard and rubbery. Not good at all. Apart from that, everything I’ve had is good.Service varies from excellent to acceptable depending on who serves you.

Quick lunch at Tangerine Thai resulted in a tasty plate of Pad Thai for me. I loved that the noodle was fried dry and not drenched with sauce. Tangy sweet tamarind flavor coexisted with savory dry shrimp flavor and hint of peanuts, it was a good lunch. My friend’s spicy noodle was sweet and hot, with nicely crisp tofu along side vegetables, I wished the undercooked noodle had a little more cook time.Tangerine Thai is still an efficient, quick spot for lunch in downtown Bellevue. doofniks.com

This restaurant serves good Thai delicacies and I liked the phad Thai noodles and ginger chicken the most. However this one very busy during lunch time, so better to go at evening time for a good dinner

Not a grate atmosphere but the food my partner and I had was about 4/5. Pad Thai was delish, green vegetable curry with 3 star heat was rather hot. But was still nice. Coconut ice cream was YUM! One person was disappointed as there was only 1 tiny piece of meat in there whole dish. We did wait a rather lengthy time but we did have a party of 12? (Only table there) maybe a hit and miss place. But the best pad Thai we have had.

Avoid the ocean spice. What was served in this dish was not worth the price. Their menu says that these items are in it: shrimps, scallops, calamari, in a tasty chili sauce with fresh mushroom, onions, and Thai basil. What I got when the dish finally arrived at the table (waited a super LONG time; we got our bill before getting served this dish) was a plate that was 90% white mushrooms with two whole medium-sized shrimps, one baby scallop, and a four little calamari rings. Seriously for a $9 dish?? OMG… don’t eat here.

The atmosphere was sub-par, as the view outside of the restaurant was into the Expedia building (not as scenic as you would think), and the view to the inside was what looked like a cheap kitchen. It took 15+ minutes for the server to get to my table, yet my girlfriend and I were the only two people in the restaurant (aside from a young boy loudly playing a video on his laptop next to us). The menus were stained and hard to read, and were not entirely clear on what was offered in the meal (my girlfriend made a joke that one of the entrees was just carrots and sprouts- as the description said). That being said, the food was okay, and the seats were incredibly comfortable. Would I recommend this place? No, and I wouldn’t return either. Overall a 2/5.

The service was slow and my dish wasn’t what I expected. I had a wide noodle dish with green beans that I expected to be cooked but were actually raw. I also ordered a 3 spice level and it was way too spicy. The fresh rolls were smaller than any other ones I have ever had.
