I’ve been a fan of Teriyaki Bowl since 2003, when I discovered they have Chicken Katsu that doesn’t have the taste of grease and consistency/texture of rubber. Teriyaki Bowl got a great writeup some years back and was always packed at lunchtime. It didn’t help that they have a disgracefully tiny parking lot… but I digress. Teriyaki Bowl is my go-to lunchtime destination whenever I’m in downtown Bellevue. I went there today to pick up a to-go order of Chicken Katsu… and it was ready within two minutes after I had paid and sat down. If that’s not an endorsement, I don’t know what is!
