Wow, was completely surprised by other reviews. To avoid any liabilities let me start by saying in my opinion according to my experience the initial contact by phone was curt, but the actual in store experience was a disaster. $22 for two small burgers and sides with one drink was high, but I pay that for mighty fine burgers. The actual meal was a complete disappointment, burger was so so, onion rings were worse. If you gonna charge mighty fine prices, you should at least match their quality. All in all my opinion is that their lack of customer service and less than expected quality means I am not a return customer. PS, you might want to rethink the Milkshake, in my opinion, very strange taste and more milk than shake. Very thin.
