Retired food service management. I went to buy dinner at the 610 galvin rd location on 12 april 2014. Arrived about 7pm,the place was not that busy. I saw one male working counter and one female working in the kitchen. While waiting ,I noticed there alot of missing items on different tickets. The counter person had one speed snail slow and very unsure of what he was doing. The place could have used some cleaning, but there wasn’t anyone to do it. I wasn’t sure if this was the place to eat at, but I recently moved and limited to travel only close by for now. I ordered some baked potatoes and was told they were out and short staff to keep up with the kitchen.This was a Saturday nite , I worked in food service all my life and and been gm at several places during my career. There should have been no reason why they were short staffed and if nothing else the management should have been there.My experience with Wendy’s have always been great , I enjoy going there. But this place was not what ,Wendy’s standard has been or is Wendy’s going a diffent direction . To end this ,I left without my baked potatoes and some burgers in combo of course. If this is the way this management works , I will not return to this location. I hope that this is not Wendy’s of the future. There’s a chicken fast food place that (no names) that is kicking butt. They smile all the time , the place smells and looks clean and team members walking checking, asking if everything is fine. Counter persons moving with a purpose and always talking to kitchen. I was impressed and will go there more often. Thanks for reading this florentino vasquez
I live this Wendys! The service could be better( attitude of the employees) but I had a burger here the other day that blew my draws off! Juicy bliss from burger heaven! What a suprise! I hope this place stays here forever!
OMG. I have been there five times since moving to Bellevue. Not one time have they gotten it right, either they miss something I ordered or they just give me what someone else ordered.If they could even understand me when I was trying to explain that the order is incorrect I would be happy but, I usually just give up and go home with the wrong order…(ugh)They need someone there that speaks fluent english, I have nothing against other races working but there’s been literally one english speaking worker and even that was barley understandable.Fix this please I love Wendy’s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When you’re gonna be bad…. When you’re going to be bad and eat what you want, this is a good place to go. I love the burgers, fries and frosty.
