It’s what you’d expect in a sports bar, lots of large tvs, and really load during any major game. Food is good, service quality varies alot, I think staff known as captains often seem to dislike helping guests with sauce taste test even though that’s ww thing. Sauce and rub select is excellent, they got something for everyone and really allow for repeat dining without getting bored of same old thing

Dissapointing. I’m honestly not thrilled about their food. The wings are good, but everything else is downgraded. My boyfriend got a mozzarella stick burger, and it was cold. I asked for a side of ranch, but the server forgot. Even though she came to our table every 5 minutes to ask if we needed anything. It was a really dissapointing meal since I had heard so much about it before they opened.
Horrible staff and service is very slow!. I got my food very slow. Never coming back here again. The waitress was a pain. The music was so loud I couldnt even hear the waitress nor could she hear me. It’s the tv’s. Should of gone to chipotle next door, I just knew it. Never ever coming back.
Worst Buffalo Wild Wings franchise and assistant manager!. Maryville is worth the drive!. A trainee waitress accidentally triple charged me for the same amount on a non busy night. She admitted to her mistake and i was completely patient and understanding of the trainee but became quite frustrated when 15 mins passed and no experienced staff member or manager would help her correct the situation and provide me a copy of a receipt showing a void of the overcharge. I then located the assistant manager who surprisingly acted very rude and she showed no regards to the situation and walked away from me while i was still explaining the charge. Without having anything solved I then located the actual manager to file a complaint against the assistant who he began defending and wrote with a pencil void on my receipt without providing an actual copy of a receipt which is all i was asking for. I had to contact my credit card company to fix the issue. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings experience ever. Maryville is worth the drive.
Good food…but way to loud!!! We couldn’t even hear our server or have a conversation with each other.
Good food, good atmosphere. Its B-Dubs, exactly what you would expect, good wings, good burgers, good beer and dozens of tv’s showing different sports and trivia games. If that’s what you’re expecting its what you’ll get. I heard a few people complaining at the door about how loud it was and how long the waits were, some people just need to complain. It’s a sports bar with a huge open seating design, its loud. its the first week of being open, there are long lines, but no worse than any popular restaurant.
