Thank You for non GMO’s. Always delicious – now another kudo for offering non GMO food. A restaurant we can trust to have the best interests of it’s consumers. I will be a loyal customer. So will others. Let the marketplace decide.
Crappy service. Waited in line 20mins. Called in orders were allowed to go ahead on long in store line. Then orders were mixed up. So I was asked to get back in line and start over. Just decided to leave.
New Chipotle hasn’t disappointed a long time customer!. I moved to Bellingham from a place that had chipotles every few blocks. I’ll admit to having terrible withdrawls from wishing so much they would open a chipotle here and when they finally did I stood in line for like an hour and can say I wasnt disappointed after my meal properly impregnated me with my 1000th burrito baby. The chipotle here meets the standards of other chipotles ive been to and has even exceeded my expectations when I happen to walk in when they have fresh steak or chicken coming off the grill, some of the best tacos ive had were at this chipotle. Its all about trying different combos till you find the right one that hits the spot. As for the other comment about portion control when my bf & I go together and he orders extra meat which cost extra of course his burrito comes out about twice the size of mine with regular meat, so theres a chance the person in front of you could have just gotten extra. I always feel they give generous portions and the staff has been nothing but friendly. I will definitely be getting my burrito fix here from now on since most of Bellingham’s mexican places are pretty bland and expensive in comparison.
Lots of beans and rice. Disappointed. Was hoping to make this my new favorite Mexican restaurant. Ordered a burito with chicken—so for about $7.30 got a burito that almost cold, had little flavor except for the hot sauce, about 2 tablespoons of chicken–pricey for what was mostly rice and beans.
Corn Tacos Disintegrate. I’ve been to Chipotle a few times in Arizona and it was awesome but this one not so much. Pros: very nice employees, fare price for most items. Cons: the place looked 1/2 finished, long line up and the food was very watery. My boyfriend and I both ordered corn tacos and the corn tacos fell apart in our hands. It wasn’t very enjoyable. I would suggest getting different plates for the corn tacos (they placed 3 in a small red basket for eat in) and go easy on the salsa.
Portion control/Not the same by All who Serve it. Hello, Today was My 1st experience at a Chipotles Restaurant & it was in B’ham Wa. I have mixed Emotions about my Visit today. Yes,I did place my Order,I had the Carnitas Burrito. The Food was GoOd,however the Gentleman in front of me Ordered the same thing. Only difference was,he Chose Black Beans while I Chose Pinto. The Gal that had been the Server before the Gentleman & I was doing an AweSome job. Having stood n line watching her as it was a bit of a wait,You could see her portions etc. You knew what You were about to receive when next. Well,she had left & a Very Tall thin Young man came to Serve. Well,he Served the man in front of me this HUGE! Burrito. I had Ordered the same-different Beans. His Burrito was twice the Size of mine. Same kind of Burrito,he got almost double the amount as mine. He did get Guacamole. That isn’t what made his Burrito almost twice the Size. I waz disappointed. As my Burrito is going down the line,a black gal,no name tag,speaks so Softly,you can’t hear her. She proceeds to just put a dab of this & a dab of that of what You are trying to tell her You want on it. The lettuce was No more than the Size ofa Heaping teaspoon(Not joking)She put it in the middle on Top. This little Patch. I was disappointed,wondering why she wouldn’t call out for more lettuce & proceed to just give me that little amount,while watching the others getting way more than that,having been in Front of me. Couldn’t Believe that. Mass people in line,I didn’t Feel the liberity to say something,Only to Slow things down. Was Hoping she’d say something-Never did. This is what I Ordered, Burrito-(Carnitas)-Brown rice-Pinto Beans,Carnitas-(pork)1/2 as much as man n front of me & he didn’t order double on the meat. Next was,Hot Salsa,I Chose,Cheese & Sour Cream. No Guacamole(more$)& lettuce. Lettuce as mentioned above was so little,you don’t even Taste it till almost to the end of Your Burrito-Wishing You had it in every bite,as You could see in others around You,as they were eating theirs. You stand n line,You see individuals Enjoying their Chosen menu item(s)Those eating inside. You think You are going t Enjoy every bite of what You Ordered ONLY to Find out there is Not enough of this or way to little of that. I would hve been HaPpY t receive a Burrito the size of what others Ordered. I winde up paying just as much as the guy in Front of me. His Burrito in the Foil wouldn’t even Close. He makes the Comment,Good thing I am eating here. While mine is 1/2 his Size & it is Take Out. It is just Unfair. It will Be awhile before I go bk. People have asked me if I had ever eaten there. Reply No,but I do have something to say about the Portions given. It needs to be given better attention/under Control. I realize the place just Opened in Late Oct. There must be better Training in Portion Control. Why must I pay the same Price while 1 who is getting BIGGER! portions doesn’t pay extra at All. So UnFair. I get Home w/having paid $7+dollars. Disappointed & No receipt. The Food was Good, it just would hve Tasted better if the Burrito would have been made better. Thank~You for the Opportunity to Comment.
