Used to come in every day. Now the gravy is cold except on Sunday and Monday. The coffee always has coffee grinds in it. It’s like they have a monkey open the store. An employee told me that management pockets their tips, so don’t bother tipping. In fact, don’t bother going at all.
Plain out lying. This last comment is ridiculous, I go into da vincis 3 to 5 times a week on my way to work. Not only does JOHN cashier know me by name and is very friendly but Rhonda the deli manager knows my breakfast order, even though I don’t get breakfast everyday. I have never seen the employees be rude to ANYONE and I know for me it’s nice to walk into my corner convenient store on my way to work and be greeted by name!
Meh. Went in before breakfast was over and because the girl working was so slow helping one customer breakfast ended and I was told that I couldn’t be served breakfast, the cashiers are almost always rude unhelpful and quiet.you’re better off going to subway or port of subs
FRIEND SANDWICH!!!!. Love DaVinci’s on Electric Avenue! Their Philly Sandwiches are so good we call them ‘Friend Sandwiches’ because they’re so great you’ve gotta share something that good, with a friend! I’ve tried other DaVinci’s in Whatcom County, don’t waste your time, no one compares!
Best sandwiches in town! Customer service is top notch. Friendly staff are always ready to make me my favorite cheese steak. They even remember my name and my order. Makes me feel special every time I visit. I liked the cheese steaks better before they switched it up, but the friendly service keeps me coming back for more.
Great food the service is very poor. For one the food is very good the service is SUB PAR at best there is nothing worse than walking in ( not busy ) from behind the counter they look at you and say nothing turn their back on you and finish cutting bread or something. At least acknowledge some one and say will be right with you, trust me people understand but don’t understand being ignored. Then when done they ask can I help you with lack luster tone. For god sake hire some retired people who know about service or something not these young entitled condescending people you have now.
I like to stop here after a long day at work and really like the salads and subs but why are the girls so unfriendly? I waited a long time and hoping it might change but tonight was the same, just not very nice and its too bad they hire girls with such bad attitudes.
