Man, I know it’s named after the owner or his dog or something, but I can only thing of a certain frog, made into sausages. Was that relish or a little green felt on my dog? So, I had the Supa’Sonic, the salmon sausage dog: Galley Fare habanero/shiitake-kale salmon sausage, cilantro cream cheese, kimchi-kale relish and gomasio. I thought it was just okay, but(!) caveat: this place and me aren’t really a good match. I like their general approach, their creativity and attitude, using locally sourced ingredients, but I rarely eat beef, can’t handle pork casings (natural or otherwise), don’t like cream cheese, grilled onions (raw or nothing for me), don’t eat bacon . . I’m not meant for this place. So take my words with a big grain of salt, ’cause their food may be great and you may absolutely love it! I just have different tastes. Salmon’s the only dog I can eat here, which I tried mainly because I love Galley Fare’s product. Seriously, they’re awesome! Buy their salmon sausages! I prefer their unformed patties to sausage links, ’cause, y’know, the pork casings, but YOU, try all their, and Kermit’s, tasty morsels! As for Kermit Dog’s menu, I am looking forward to their Transporter 2 Bean Vegetarian Chili! I think Kermie and Piggy would both approve.
