Great Food Great Service. I love this small family owned restaurant! The staff could not be more friendly or efficient. We used to order regularly and have it delivered and they were amazingly quick at home delivery. Once we ordered over $120 worth of food for a 10+ party and the delivery service was quick, friendly and cheap. Everyone raved over the fresh and tasty dishes. Now, we live across town but we still stop in for their take-out on occasion and are always pleased. They have THE BEST almond chicken.

Just Another Average Chinese Joint. Lucky Panda is basically a takeout/delivery place. They do have a few tables, but I doubt many people actually dine there. It’s okay. It’s roughly at the same level as Best Chopsticks. The owners/staff seem to be friendly, and I expect that if one got to know them they could cook up stuff that would be really good once they got to know your preferences. We ordered the Pu Pu Platter appetizer (Egg Rolls, Chicken Wings, Crab Rangoon, Beef on Sticks, Spare Ribs and Fried Shrimp), shrimp egg foo young, roasted pork lo mein, and Prawns Amazing, a medley of prawns and vegetables. Everything on the appetizer plate was okay. Nothing was great, but it was all acceptable. The egg foo young was the star of the dinner. There are not many Chinese places in Bellingham that even offer this dish, but this is the best version we have tasted in Bellingham. The lo mein was also very good. Unfortunately, the Prawns Amazing were amazingly bad. There were totally tasteless and did not have many prawns to boot. The menu is extensive and I’m sure one could order up some pretty good stuff, but it will take a lot of research.
True j knowledge. This is the only legitimate china food in bellingham. best chopstick is BAD. spicedaddy sauce chickens by the pound with the big man rice box
