MAAAAN : (. We decided to hit this place up for some Bibimbap. I had the beef and I must say, I was SUPER disappointed. The toppings to rice ratio was way off and it was on the rices’ favor. It didn’t have much flavor since if you’ve ever had GOOD bibimbap, would come from the beef and not the hot sauce provided. I just wish it was something MORE, wish it had something more… MORE.

Can’t wait to get back for MORE. This was my first trip and I was so very happy with my pho. Wonderful, beefy broth redolent of spices. All three of us ordered the P-1, pho with rare beef. It came with perfectly thinly sliced beef and very fresh Thai Basil (not Italian style), crispy fresh onions and bean sprouts, cilantro, and fresh limes. The beef was perfectly cooked by the hot broth and remained very tender for as long as it lasted in our bowls. I topped mine with srichia and hoisin and added a squeeze of lime. We’ve eaten pho from Seattle to Vancouver, hunting for the perfect, steamy bowl of comfort one that would rival our favorite restaurants in Denver. I could never have imagined that place is in my own backyard. I found the prices to be very reasonable and will happily return for More.

I ask for chowmein and general tso and they said they can’t do that but they do have both those things on the menu. How hard is that to do. Lame

Authentic Delicious Pho AND more. When I’m anywhere near Costco, this is my first choice when I’m hungry. The food is prepared fresh, my first choice in Bham for teriaki chicken or spicy chicken. The vermicelli noodle chicken is also a fav. The portions are HUGE; I’ve gotten two meals out of every order (not true for my teen son with the voracious appetite). Perhaps most loved of all, the hand made signage posted in each of the booth. Also the woman who works there ALL THE TIME is so kind and friendly; I think she is the chef’s neice. Don’t let the location fool you. This place is happenin’.

Not too good. The service was good. It’s operated by Korean, they have Korean style pho, Korean style Chinese food and Japanese food. I only try pho p_7 that’s include everything, the broth have near no flavor compare to other pho place. The meat , bean sprouts and basil was fresh. Worth a try but won’t go back again

Overpriced and food was ok…I would have rather gone next door to Pad Thai for the price we paid.
