wonderful italian dinner – you will not be disappointed – i had 1/2 a grilled romaine heart with caesar dressing and shaved reggiano – the main was rigatoni al ragu d’agnello (riatoni, natural leg of lamb ragu, parmiggiano, and fresh herbs) – all with a glass of pinot noir – perfect service

Have to get here around 5:00 PM on a Friday night in order to grab a Happy Hour table. I’d say they have pretty great food options at the price point, and the food is pretty tasty too. Drinks are at a great price also. Wouldn’t really recommend the regular portion of the restaurant where you can’t order any Happy Hour deals.

What an incredible experience!! We went to Seattle on a whim, everything was last minute including our dinner reservation. Our hotel could not have steered us in a better direction. The place has an amazing dim lit vibe and it’s the perfect dinner setting. From the moment the Italian waiter arrived I knew we were going to have a great dining experience. To start we ordered the aged prosciutto followed by grilled calamari and burrata cheese in a bed of salad. I nearly died when I tasted that first piece of prodciutto….AMAZING! Every starter was delicious but I loved the prosciutto best followed by the calamari. For mains we got gnocchi with braised pheasant, the nightly special of lamb shanks with a bed of mushroom risotto and the lobster on a bed of risotto. The gnocchi had a wonderful bled of rich stew based pheasant flavour with little clouds of gnocchi. The lobster was cooked to perfection and the lamb was well flavored and tender. For dessert we had an affigato and cannoli. Best connoli I’ve had in North America! This is a place not to be missed. They had amazing cocktails. Try the stormy ginger and the wine selection was delightful. We had such a great bottle….I was happy to spend every penny in this place. Well worth the money even with the exchange rate not in our favor.

Love this place! 5 star food, service, and atmosphere every time! One of the best happy hours you will find in Seattle. If you plan to go for dinner better make reservations. Always busy. You definitely get what you pay for here.

The best happy hour spot in the heart of Downtown Seattle (2 minute walk from Nordstrom flagship store/Westlake Station). $15 wine bottles, $7 4-star Italian entrees! The food is superb. The staff are lovely. It can get crowded, you may even see a celebrity there! I’ve met Dave Matthews and sports players. Dress well, it’s a happening and busy venue!Price: $ (Inexpensive), about $15 a meal with a glass of wineFood Quality: 5/5 (best happy hour food in Downtown Seattle)Service: 4.5/5 (amazing staff, just really busy so be patient)Ambiance: 5/5 (beautiful candles, great indoor and outdoor seating, it can get crowded in the bar area)

It’s all about the ambiance. I’ve been here several times, twice for dinner, and a couple times just to lounge at the bar and feel classy. I would probably only come back for drinks, the food did not live up to it’s hype and was not inexpensive. For the price I would choose Dahlia Lounge instead. House made ravioli was unremarkable; risotto was just OK. However, come for the swanky modern and yet classy vibe – not a combination easily found in Seattle. Dress up and look jaded upon entering… it will work in your favor. 😉
