We went on a Thursday, so the crowds werent as bad, nor was there much of a line to Beechers. The Mac and cheese was warm, creamy, with a little bit of a kick. A little expensive, but lived up to expectations. There isnt comfortable seating, just stools and one bar. But the stools have no way to rest your legs/feet and are uncomfortable. So dont order a meal and expect to sit and relax. The man that waited on us was friendly and helpful and I took some cheese to go!

A great place for cheese & stuff filled with cheese, like even their Tomato soup, comes with a dollop of their signature cheese & croutons.People who have visited must know that, you can always walk in to view live cheese making. So what better place to try a classic American cheese sandwich than in Beecher’s. I must confess, I have always been fond of their signature flagship cheese. It’s an aged cheese, too perfect, not too old with any mound, not too young that there is no character. The cheese sandwich also comes with just Jack & their Flagship aged cheese.That said, their cheese curds (non aged, fresh Cheese) are equally good, it’s just about preference. I love Cheese that are aged, and Beecher’s flagship is, well as the name goes, their lovely flagship cheese.
Taste buds in pleasure. The Mac and cheese is sooo good. The curds are squeaky and perfect. Great place to enjoy a bite a cheese and watch the process of making!
My girlfriend and I went on a short road trip from Vancouver to downtown Seattle. We stumbled upon this place and man oh man, this place is a cheese lovers dream come true. The amount of various cheeses they have is appalling. I got the mariachi Mac and cheese for my girlfriend and she loved it. Definitely a great pick if you enjoy spice. I wasn’t too found of the penne pasta they used but I guess I’m just use to macaroni, that’s all. Other then that I loved the flavours, it did not disappoint. Last but no least, I got the crab panini and I absolutely loved it. Mind you this is a tourist area, so the prices are high, but once you try it your HOOKED. The line up is huge. There are also cheese samples in the back for you to enjoy. I’ll definitely be returning. Well worth the 2 hour drive for me.
