Really good. Fantastic place for a quick lunch. It does get busy, but the sandwiches and salads are very high quality and very affordable.
Yummy ! Yummy ! Yummy ! : ). Happen to do a search online for a new place downtown that I’ve never been to. Came across Cafe Nordstrom and read a few reviews. Seemed like a good choice.So couldnt wait to go there.Service was nice and friendly.Very warm and inviting. When we ordered ,it was not on the menu. You have to ask for it.Half sandwich and half salad . They let you choose your seats and then we waited ,but not for very long.THe nice waitress took our receipt and came back within minutes to bring us our drinks.Then a few minutes later withr our food.First bite of salad was delicious.(chicken parmesan)Then tried the sandwich (turkey club panini) hmmm hmmm hmmm,The best turkey club panini I have ever had. Turkey tasted fresh and the bread was warm and buttery .The size was perfect – they even put chips on the side.Had to write a review about this place because I never knew it was there and it was a nice suprise.I found a new place that I will be going to often alone and with friends. Also the prices are very reasonable, only $30 for meal for 2 -including drinks.Can’t wait to go back. : )
Great tomato soup, sandwiches and salads. No question about it, best food at Pacific Place and one of the best lunches in downtown Seattle. Granted, the bar is set really low at Pacific Place for food spots, but Cafe Nordstrom still does a great job.
Fresh Salad!. Just stopped by and got take out for a quick lunch. Tried the Chicken Berry Salad and was amazed at the freshness and quality of the ingredients (although maybe I should be at the price–$10 for a mid-size salad). But the chicken was real herb-roasted chicken, not that spongy processed loaf, fresh, crisp mixed greens, generous amounts of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, all sprinkled with blue cheese and candied walnuts. The salad came with a generous side of raspberry-walnut dressing (they call it a vinaigrette, and it’s slightly tangy, but the consistency is kind of creamy), and 2 slices of baguette with a packet of butter. With a bottle of mineral water, it was the perfect lunch! I also impulsively ordered a lemon bar to go, as well, and while the filling was the perfect blend of tart and sweet and not too eggy, the shortbread crust was soggy all the way through. But it still tasted good, and this may be my new favorite spot for a quick and fresh lunch to go.
Great soups and service
Just like Nordstrom: Perfect. I love all the Nordstrom Cafe’s I have been too. Their food, like their service is consistantly great. My current fave is the Sante Fe Chicken Panini. I love that they switch up their menus regularly too. Everytime is a great experience just like when I shop there.
Best grilled cheese I’ve had in a long time. You have to order it from the kids menu but it’s a great deal. Great service too.
