Always this will be my favorite place for a romantic dinner with hubby they have organic options, candles and flowers on the table, a long list of wines and cocktails, so tasty pasta. I’m just in love with this place, always always always will be my perfect Friday night dinner.
Stopped in for a quick bite. We sat in one of the outdoor patios on a lovely sunny day and it was well worth it; service was great. The food was satisfying; we split some bread with a tasty chicken dumpling soup. Their housemade lager was also very drinkable, light, and pleasant.
Making our reservation for a late lunch at Local 360 was really easy using Opentable. We arrived and got seated right away at one of the booth. After that, we waited and waited with all the waitstaff walked by our table but not a single one greeted us or take our order. I went to the host and requested service and finally some one came and took our orders. (-5 star for service)We shared:Pork Belly Chop Salad – Rogue Blue, Soft Boiled Egg ($13) – A-OKFried Chicken* – Chicken Roulade with Bacon Mousse over Cheesy Grits & Braised Collard greens, Topped with a Sunny-up Egg ($18) – was expected to be better but still A-OKMushroom Side ($7) – Meh with no flavours at allPB&J Bon Bons, Milk Shooter ($5) – best for the last! Just pop that in your mouth and like a peanut butter explosion!I do love the rustic wooden interior, just wish the service would be better.
Overall a great experience. The food was excellent. I enjoyed the rabbit stew. And the PB&J Bon Bon’s were delicious. A little bit of spring cleaning around the main floor and I would’ve given this place a 5.0. Awesome restaurant!
They have the most delicious soda I’ve ever had! Make sure to try their honey cream soda! The price is a bit high but definitely worth the high price! The food tastes very fresh and is uniquely prepared. The one downside is that they don’t have the biggest selection of sweets.
Great outdoor patio – food grown local. Excellent burger. Yummy grilled cheese with apple and bacon. Really great ginger root beer called anchor from Washington. Pot pie was ok as were the mussels. Liked the house brewed lager – light summer beer. Go on a sunny day for a late lunch!
Great food, disappointing service.. The food was amazing. We ordered the wood grilled sour dough. When it finally arrived (20 minutes after ordering it) it was very tasty. For dinner I had the Steak frites and my husband had the Butcher’s grind house burger. Both were delicious. Sadly the service (aside from the hostess who was amazing) was lacking. I wish it has been better, as it would have made the whole experience better. It almost seemed like they just had to be there and that serving us was an inconvenience. 🙁
