it was hard to find a table here.. i recommend to call and reserve your table atleast before 7 days from your choice of date..so we reached 30 minutes before our scheduled time as suggested by them.. we had little time to see the gift store right after the entrance.. the view from the deck and from our window side table was really beautiful.. the restaurant revolves at a perfect speed and you can see beautiful Seattle while having your dinner.. we were lucky bcz we got to see Seattle in day light as well as in night..we ordered cauliflower flat bread.. strawberry lemonade, ice coffee, mushroom risotto, roasted chicken with veggies.. sorbet ( coconut, basil) and affogato (espresso with ice cream)..lemonade was good.. coffee was very strong.. flat bread was yumm!!..mushroom risotto and chicken were good..but heavy.. desserts were delicious..musts: cauliflower flat bread, affogatofood/taste/quality: very goodquantity: hugeservice: slowstaff: excellentlocation: excellentinterior: revolving restaurant with nice view of city.. what else we want.. :)cost: expensive

One of the most expensive restaurants in town, but worth going! I’ve been here multiple times and the ambiance of the entire city of Seattle is beyond gorgeous. Not to mention their service is fantastic. The food is great, but they do have small portions. Overall I’m pretty sure you can enjoy wine, an appetizer, and a beautiful view! I would recommend going for lunch. It’s $25 minimum per person.

Go for the view, not the food…Terribly overpriced. The view is excellent, you get an awesome view of all Seattle. The food is not bad, but for that price you’d expected something astonishing…. Not.

Fine dining at its highest (literally!). My boyfriend and I’s favorite date this summer was to go to various breakfast places around my hometown since we were both busy with our jobs in the late afternoon to evening and it was the only time we ever had. So our dream was to someday have the ultimate breakfast… at the top of the Space Needle. Well, we did just that, and wow was it a treat!Just going to the Space Needle is magical but being able to dine in the clouds? It was surreal. We parked a block away from the Needle due to a marathon taking place at the center. We could have had valet parking but roadside was much cheaper. You enter the bottom of the saucer, and are welcomed at a front desk where we grabbed our reservation card (make reservations well in advance!!) and waited in line for the elevator. The ride up is amazing and gives you a glimpse of what is waiting above. The restaurant is beautiful. Mid-century modern details frame the gorgeous skyline outside. We were lucky enough to be there on a gorgeous, sunny day which can be rare in Seattle at this time of year. We were seated at a cozy, window seat on the super cool revolving floor. I had ordered some Martinelli’s beforehand and it was already there in a bucket of ice. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and fast. Everything came in a timely manner and it was delicious. I ordered a cesar salad to start, a Dungeness crab omelet with home fries for an entree, and sorbet for dessert. It was all wonderfully plated and served. The cesar salad was crisp, the Dungeness crab fresh, and the sorbet mouth watering (I got orange/rosemary and coconut). My boyfriend ordered the Belgian waffle, burger, and apple crisp which he raved over as well.It was definitely something I wouldn’t be able to do every meal out, it was expensive and great for an excellent birthday celebration. It is an iconic experience that everyone should try out at least once in their life. After the meal we were able to go up to the observation deck and agreed the intimate view of the skyline in the restaurant was by far better than just going to the needle for a look.My dream brunch in the clouds turned into a memory I will cherish forever.
