Don’t be put off by the appearance both outside and in: the food was DELICIOUS (we shared two satays and I had the spicy beef with pad Thai noodles instead of rice. It was outstanding!), the service was quick and friendly and the music was fantastic (we heard the Occidental Gypsies AND bought their CD!) Such an unexpected treat!
Worst service and attitude! Don’t go here for the food! Sitting here over 50 minutes with no order to speak of. Tea tastes and looks like h2o. And still sitting here and our order is still not even taken or acknowledged. I’m starving!
5-spice Duck is Delicious. Triple Door is the best of both worlds…Wild Ginger food in a laid back bar atmosphere. The 5-spice duck is amazing but order a couple extra buns. I really believe they should rename this ‘Duck Sliders’ and they would sell alot more. Order the large with extra buns and it is great for sharing with a table of 4 during happy hour.My company also had a couple holiday parties here. Cocktails upstairs in the Musiquarium, dinner in the club downstairs and they allowed one of the employee’s band to rock the night away onstage. My only complaint is that Wild GInger is meticulous about peanut-free dishes for those with allergies but that service didn’t make it downstairs. My companion has a penaut allergy and was told the Budda rolls were peanut free in Triple Door. Luckily, I tasted them first or we would have had an incident.I still love it and will return every time I am in Seattle.
Nice Happy Hour Joint. Met up with some friends before heading to the Symphony, was a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Food wasn’t memorable, but the ambiance definitely made up for that! Would like to go back for a show to really try it out right
