Excellent Sushi- went out for my birthday. I’d have to say the Spicy Cassidy was my least favorite of what we got for the night/ it was just a bit bland. Everything else was amazing!
Umi makes excellent non traditional sushi, highlighting many of the Northwest’s fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is also beautiful, as long as you don’t have to sit by the door where there is constantly people waiting to be seated.
