Wasabi was the best restaurant we ate at during our Seattle stay for both value and quality. The prices for the Sushi, Appetizers, Ramen during Happy Hour were very affordable for a place like Seattle. The Sushi Rolls were very large and delicious. We got the Calamari, Nigiri, Spicy Yellowtail and Ramen. Service was very fast and the ambiance was also very nice here. I recommend making a reservation on OpenTable to be safe.
Great atmosphere, great food. The restaurant is modern and sleek, and overall just a great place to dine. I’ve never had bad service here. The manager is just wonderful. He always treats his customers well, and makes his customers feel welcomed. He dresses very well and walks around the restaurant making sure everyone is having a good time. The food is very fresh and is the reason why we always come back. You get rich and beautiful rolls here made with great ingredients. They always use real crab, even for the California rolls. I love the spicy crab soup here. The broth is refreshing but rich and there are plenty of crab legs in a bowl and always leaves me wanting more afterwards. The ribs are great as well.I like to come here for happy hour. It is very reasonable. I hope they could improve on their regular rolls though…maybe incorporating other seafood like octopus or more types of fish? They could even add sea urchin..customers will pay extra if the rolls taste amazing. I also think that adding fruit on sushi rolls is a bit strange. But the mango tango roll is alright since it is not overly sweet.
Delicious sashimi. Best flounder sashimi I have ever had!
Overpriced & Under Impressed. This place is a rip. I figured with the great reviews it would be a good place to grab some sushi in Seattle. What a mistake. The menu is overpriced and the sushi was bland. Worst part though by far was the terrible service. Seriously, I had some of the worst servers I have ever had, anywhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Really good! Service, Food and Atmosphere all great we had the crab soup, tarantula roll, Seattle tempura roll and the 2nd Avenue roll. The latter two being our faves. Totally recommended!
