NOV 22nd 5pm Bonney Lake. We went through the drive through. We ORDERED 12 piece half regular and half grilled. We RECIEVED half regular and half extra crispy. I asked for butter and honey and was abruptly said it is in the sack. The large gentleman was rude, abrupt, and there was no butter and honey or receipt. I should have sat there and checked my order, but felt I should be able to trust the man. It wasn’t the worst food but the point is that it WASNT AT ALL WHAT WE ORDERED….the point is CHECK YOUR ORDER…..and maybe that worker needs more training. We ALWAYS have a problem getting butter and honey, it is one of our favorite parts and it wasn’t there 🙁 WONT BE RETURNING FOR SOME TIME, IF EVER

No good. This KFC has the worst food. The chicken is old and sometimes dry. The sides lack consistency. I have tried to get a response from this dump regarding their food, but no response forthcoming.
U really like KFC great Chicken and coleslaw service is ok a and w side is grouse though
