Twice in a row that I’ve been there the food was over cooked, the waiter was unapologetic about it and the food sat in the window for awhile before being brought out. This last time I was there we were one of 5 groups of people in the entire restaurant so it’s not like it was busy. We sent two burgers back because they were over cooked and after they were refired they were overcomes again. Highly disappointing
Arena ROCKS!. As far as the first post goes, I have a REALLY hard time believing that their service was crappy and that they waited that long for a drink. Sounds to me like a jealous competitor or something… We’ve been going there since it first opened. The food is fantastic, the service is speedy and accurate, and the ambience is great too. Jediah, our favorite server is also a cook, so knows the menu inside and out, and is full of fantastic suggestions. The manager is friendly and always smiling. We love the Arena and will continue to frequent the place…now that the Bremerton Bar and Grille has THOROUGHLY gone downhill with horrid service/staff…
The food at Arena sports bar and grill is great! Unfortunately the service is at the opposite end of the scale… I have not had such crappy service ever… we had a table of eight for brewers night.. .there were only 6 tables occupied in the bar with 7 wait staff running around….we had people at our table that had to wait 45 minutes to get a drink… I had to wait 35 minutes for a beer… our server was simply horrible… the other wait staff was simply clueless… worst service in kitsap county… but good food… we would have had to wait longer however we tracked down our server… not sure this bar will be open in the long run with service this bad… advice…fire everyone… start over!
Party of three. We had bbq pulled pork sliders, braised short ribs, and riesling chicken. All were very tasty and well presented. Service was attentive and speedy. If you’re in or near Bremerton come check it out.
Thought wed just check this place out.Jen was our server..must say not impressed!! Food bla..service very neglectful..Was not informed of anything special and certainly not paid any attention to..new business..ummmm no excuses..won’t be back..on will pay that forward.
