Came in on a recommendation from the hotel. Got the three pig mac and cheese. It was delicious. A little pricey but still good. Service was good, waiter was friendly. Would recommend.
Nice place. I got into Bremerton late in the evening and went in search of a beer, a sandwich, and the World Series (Go Royals!), and found all three at BB&G. The bartender was friendly, attentive, and knew his beers. I settled on a Mother-in-Law Double IPA, a cup of seafood chowder, and French dip. The chowder was thick with seafood, and the sandwich was packed with thinly-sliced beef. Even better, the Royals beat the Mets in 14 innings. I’d return on my next visit.
If you go during happy hour, you will be happy. The food is totally decent for the discounted prices. Their regular prices are pretty high for what you get, but I’ve always had exceptional service no matter the time or cost.
Why hello there. See that review below? yeaaa… it’s pretty much dead on…. hate to say it…Went with friends, I’m not sure anyone ended up happy. It was casual dining (meaning I didn’t expect anything home-made or special) but it was…ugh…. not even casual…dining level….)Will not return, and I suggest that even if you’re looking for a quick burger, you try somewhere else.Saving grace for it? The staff are all friendly, quick and responsive. For the amount of people in the joint, they hit our table 8 times in an hour to see how we were. That’s a fantastic level of service! Food needs to be re-thought and that menu changed up.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ~MCDONALD’S FOOD IS BETTER!! I had been her once before with a friend in their bar which was fine. Today my husband and I chose to purchase their Groupon and go for breakfast…What a mistake that was!!! My husband ordered Chicken fried Steak & Eggs which the top of the gravy was all grease and the bottom of the steak! (He did not complain) My son had a breakfast wrap with fruit and I ordered the Salmon Benedict, which was COLD! They took it back and remade and the eggs were now hard and the hollandaise sauce was still COLD! I was told that it hollandaise sauce was homemade and could not be any warmer because of that! I CALL BS!!! Do they think they are the only ones in Kitsap County that makes homemade hollandaise sauce? (I wonder what the health department would say about the cold hollandaise sauce?) I ended up ordering a scrambled eggs, which was lukewarm and my potatoes were pipping hot! I was just DONE with their food and cooks! Upon leaving there was at least 6 employee’s outside on the corner smoking which appeared to be most of their kitchen staff. Wonder why my food was cold not because they were smoking but because they are not working but outside hanging out! I SUGGEST UPPER MANAGEMENT SEND IN A SECRET SHOPPER to see why they are getting so many bad reviews then fire the full kitchen staff!!! Or go on call Gordon Ramsay vis KITCHEN NIGHTMARES to get this resturant to the potential that it really has! I WILL NOT GO BACK FOR ANY REASON!!
Uniquely disappointed. We have eaten here often but they just changed their menu. The burgers have less meat and more bread. When you substitute a portabello mushroom, you get a tiny sliver of mushroom. The service was sketchy. The beer is still good, but lots of places sell beer.
Best Happy Hour in Bremerton!. I wish that there were more places in Bremerton like the Bremerton Bar & Grill. They have a comfortable indoor dining area, a wonderful multi-level deck for outdoor dining, friendly staff and great food. The Habanero Mac & Cheese is amazing, their burgers are fantastic and their blackberry cobbler is to die for. Best of all, they have two daily happy hours during which they offer some awesome deals on food and drinks…I don’t know where else in Bremerton you can get a burger and fries that good for only $5. The Bremerton Bar & Grill is an excellent addition to the downtown Bremerton neighborhood.
