China Wok. I ordered from this place at least 2 times per week. Tonight I was trying to place an order and asked why the total was higher than usual. The oriental lady who was taking my order said since I change the combination plate so much, she said she was starting to charge us extra. The only thing I change is I prefer steamed rice over their fried rice, cause it is too greasy for my stomach and I ask that they put the sweet and sour sauce on the side rather than on my chicken, because I prefer it not soggy. I was shocked at this. What business would do this to a loyal customer? NO WHERE on their menu does it say if you make a change they will start charging you more. When I asked if I could make those changes, I was not informed I would be charged more. This was the first I heard of this. I urge people not to give this restaurant your business if this is how customers are treated. They do make many mistakes, and when the delivery arrives, all sauce in your meal is at the bottom of the bag. I would highly recommend Happy Terriyaki off of 6th and warren. the food and customer service is 5 star all the way. The Food is great.
Very good. Not the usual greasy chinese food. Good quality. Service was a little slow.
