WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. READ MY FULL STORY.On May 20th, I called Emperors Palace at about 8:15pm to order food to go. When ordering, I always make sure to list the 3 items I like to eat, and tell them that I will pay whatever combination price they deem necessary to adjust the pre determined combos to meet what I want. They have a lunch special thats exactly what I eat, so we normally base it off that, but charge a dinner price. I have been doing this off and on for years with no problems. I called in my order, and a young man answered. I proceeded to tell him what I wanted and made the 3 items I wanted very clear. Pork fried rice, pork chow mein, breaded almond chicken. I said it several times (I have my brother as my witness!) and he kept saying yes yes, no problem, itd be ready in 10 mins. Well, I show up and ask for my almond chicken order and they cant find it, this is about 8:30. They finally get the young man who took my order, and he finds the correct bag. At this point, Im concerned its not correct since they couldnt find it under my name or the main protein. I ask them to open the container and inside is a small portion of almond chicken, sweet and sour pork, pork fried rice, and chicken chow mein with zucchini, peas, and mushrooms. Definitely not what I ordered. I spend a few minutes explaining that it wasnt what I ordered, which it most definitely was not. They agree to make a new batch of what I had ordered and its now about 8:45. I wait for the corrected order and when it comes out, ask to check it again. She rings me up, $19.08. I ask, will I not get a discount for the incorrect order and waiting? Ill talk to the manager. The owner/manager comes out, says nothing to me, takes the food, waves, and as he walks away calls out something along the lines of we no serve you. So after an incorrect order and an extra 30 minutes, I walked out with absolutely no food. In my experience, most restaurants are more than willing to fix their error and discount your food for any inconvenience. All I got was a rude staff and an even ruder manager. I love their food and pretty much dont go anywhere else in Bremerton for Chinese. Now Ill have to find a new place to go.

food is okay, not great, but okay!!! Worth getting if you are hungry and don’t wanna cook. This is not Seattle level food. Oh, and if they screw up * Emperors Palace*, don’t think that they will refund you, or correct it in anyway. Once the money has changed hands, and you have your food…. even if it’s the wrong order… your Burnt….like a rap star!!!I am just saying…

Great food. This restaurant makes great Chinese food. The almond subgum chicken was perfect, the vegi’s were crisp, just the way I like it. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I think I have a new favorite even though I don’t live in Bremerton, I will make the trip again soon.

Not worth it. Called an order in at 6:00 on a Monday, got there and they’d lost it. We left because it wasn’t worth waiting another 30 minutes for.

Loved it. I had read several negative reviews of this place. Still decided to try(new to area). I found it to be some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Very tasty and they delivered 15 min faster than had been told.

Not happy. Just spend $40 on a meal for my family would be a good meal if we were vega terrains got three boxes full of vegetables and like 4 peices of meat. Rip off wish I could bring it back never again will I be going back. You would think with there prices they could add some beef to my Kong pow beef or some beef in my broccoli beef but they are trying to rip you off shrimp fried rice is a joke I seen maybe 3 shrimp .and the fish in there lobby should be reported to the animals protection agency cause I feel sorry for him in such a small tank he can’t even move in there may be they should of fried his ass up and put home in our box so we could of had some type of meat on our plate. Don’t wast your money here!

Best Chinese Food in Bremerton/Central Kitsap. We moved to the area several months ago. This is solidly good Chinese. Kung pao chicken was good and the chicken chow mein was delicious.
