Yum!. Geekyknitter called in a SMALL order of chicken teriyaki and then complains about the portion size? On top of that, you wanted it TO GO and then complain about the service? Get real.If you want overpriced, tiny portions of dried up chicken, go to the other Hawaiian restaurant in Silverdale. Island Kitchen is by far the better of the two.
Best local style food on this side. The Macaroni salad is how my aunties used to make it. I’ve bern eating here for almost ten yrs. They always remember me even if it’s been a while. Mahalo!!!!
I went to island kitchen for lunch today, and wanted to share my experience. I called in sm order for teriyaki chicken with macaroni salad. When I got there and received my order I opened the box to add some sauce. I saw they had given me green salad instead of macaroni, o asked if I could get the right one. The guy cooking looked very annoyed and asked me if I would give home the salad back, wich was about an ounce of iceberg lettuce. So he scooped out the salad, and added a spiteful of warm mac salad. By this time my tiny portion of chicken was ice cold. Overall, small portions, not good food, and even worse service. I recommend that you don’t eat at this restraunt.
