What was once the best pho king pho in Vancouver has declined over the last year. Why is it when a great restaurant has loyal customers they change the menu, increase the price and decrese what kept you coming here to begin with? I was a faithful customer, 2-3 a month and always with guests. It’s okay they never once asked my name or had a clue who I was because the food made up for it. But the last 3 visits have solidified what I suspected. They are on the decline. The pho went from great to average. Why should I pay more for average when the bar was set so high to begin with? The service is fair at best and that just makes the experience even worse. Shame on you pho ton. You lost a loyal customer.
