Food is bleh. My husband was craving pasta, so we ordered some food for delivery. The chicken fettucine alfredo was nothing special. Very garlicky without much other flavor, too oily and only had a couple pieces of chicken. It came with a salad that was warm. We had two dressings on the side- italian, which was way too strong and honey mustard that tasted like Miracle Whip. The garlic bread was tasty (but can you really mess up garlic bread?). The amount of food you get for the price is decent, but not worth it if it just doesn’t taste good. We had gotten gyros from Bella in the past, and if we ever eat from there again, we’re reorder them. They were traditional with lots of flavor and only about $5 each.
The veggie pizza slice and salad was ok but the BBQ chicken calzone was awful – minimal chicken inside, way too much white cheese inside and then red cheddar all over the top too; not at all what I was hoping for. Service fine, prices ok.
NO FLAVOR, NO SERVICE, NO TOPPINGS, NO FILLINGS. Bella used to be great a few years ago, but have since gone way downhill.When I order a chicken sub and pay the prices they charge, call me crazy but I expect some chicken on it. When I order a pizza, I expect some toppings. The past several times I’ve order subs from them they have been pretty much just bread with nothing in the middle. Same with the pizza.It’s been over a year since I have got anything from Bella because I had been so unhappy with their food and I thought I would give it another shot. I ordered the Chicken Delight Sub. It was gross with what little ingredients were in it. My dog wouldn’t even eat it, it was that bad!Once? Okay maybe just a new cook or something, but seriously as many chances I have given them? I’m completely giving up on them. For the prices they charge for this garbage, Elliott Bay Pizza Company is just up the road and WAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY better!
Food is good. Customer service is terrible. Many bad experiences. No more chances.
HORRIBLE!!!. We ordered a pizza to be delivered last night. When it arrived they had put on the toppings we requested to be left off. Left off the toppings we wanted. The pizza was cold and it took longer than we were told it would take to deliver. I called and asked for the manager explained my frustrations and was berated and lectured, told he had made the pizza and it was exactly as we ordered it. I have never been so put off by such horrible customer service before. This was not the first time they had messed up our delivery order before. Last time they delivered the wrong pizza. I will never order from them again.
Pretty good, but a tad pricey. They sell everything from pizza to gyros, but the gyros are pretty good for a non-greek restaraunt
BEST ITALIAN ON THE HILL. I’m a total foodie and I’m very picky. Especially with my Italian food. This restaurant is PHENOMENAL. It’s typically pretty quiet because of its ‘off the beaten path’ location. Just try it once and you’ll be hooked!
