Favorite Apple Pie. Not only can you find great coffee here, but the apple pie (when available) is fantastic. I’m not sure if I would call this an independent coffee shop since they have grown to over 10 locations now, but most of the locations still have that small indie feel. Free wi-fi, and copies of the Seattle Weekly and The Stranger make this a contender for one of my favorite coffee shops.
