First off, I have to say I love this place and I love Dave. I work for the Bothell Fire Department and when we have had a rough day you will see us there at Carolina Smoke basking in smoky delicious meat and friendly smiles. Thus it was completely natural that when I got married Carolina Smoke was the only caterer on our list. Seriously, Dave’s brisket was so good friends from Texas wanted to move here. Highly recommend!
