Good food reasonable pricing. First, the other review was critical of the customer service, but they were amiable when I was there.Second, the food is pretty good. I got the parmesan chicken sandwich and seasoned waffle fries. Fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy(?) On the inside. Sandwich was good quality and tasted delish. Although probably could have had more cheese, but what couldn’t benefit from more cheese? Also the portions are appropriate for what you pay.Third, I will be returning to try their other menu items, Philly and godfather im looking at you
Doc’s Hideaway Grill, Bothell. I have had coffee a few times and lunch a couple times over the last three years. I work nearby and I have always gone with a small group. Every time someone in the group had a complaint about the service. The owner is friendly and helpful but his staff leave something to be desired.I do not recall anything special about the food. It was mediocre.Most recently I went with a small group of people with special needs. I could not believe how rude they were. Upon entering the two staff people behind the counter looked at us and stared. As I moved toward the counter and smiled, they continued to stare at us and actually looked at each other and rolled their eyes. I felt very uncomfortable. At first I tried to dismiss it but two other people in our group shared observations and we decided to leave. Unbelievable behavior for this day and age.
