We came here on the recommendation of a friend but we were very disappointed. The staff seemed so disinterested in serving us. Not one smile the entire time. The salsas were really good. Probably the best part of the meal. I looked past the bad service in hopes of delicious food, but what came out was less than mediocre. Everything just tasted dry and stale. I’m really not someone who writes negative reviews, but I drove out of my way tonight past all of the other restaurants on Bothell Everett Highway to go to a local business instead of a chain. I’m not saying that you shouldn’t try it for yourself, but I just didn’t have a very good experience.
Their Fajitas Pasion is the greatest thing ever!. Their Fajitas Pasion combines two of the greatest things ever!…Steak!…and Bacon! Let me give you a moment to process that. Steak AND bacon! The steak is always juicy and flavorful. Never dry or smothered in lame sauce. And the bacon is crazy crispy. Mixed that together with perfectly grilled onions, peppers and tomatos and you have yourself the best fajitas in the state! And lets not skip over their salsa. Its this sweet yet spicy cabbage salsa that puts pico de gallo to same! The staff is always friendly, and according to my friend, the Margaritas area always strong. I love this place.
Stiff drinks, great food, nice place (a bit crowded, but that’s because it’s popular). My husband is Mexican and this is our go-to for great Mexican food. You can also find 1/2 off coupons on the back of our local Safeway receipts.
Good NOT Great. Decided upon this eatery since we were staying nearby plus the US rating was good. However – I tend 2 agree with some reviewers that remark it is the familiarity with owners that make this place delightful more than the food.We ordered fish tacos, chicken chimichanga & chicken enchiladas and while all were good – they were not outstanding. My fish tacos should of been served separate of rice/beans – since the bottom-sides were soggy (perhaps serve em in a basket). The chimichanga were full of chicken – but rather dry (koulda benefited w/ some sauce). Chips N salsa were nice.All-in-all, good Mexi-American fare
Great Place. My family has been here 5 times and it has been an enjoyable experience for everyone each time. Great menu, great sauces and ingredients.

Great food, great owners. There really isn’t a dish I haven’t been happy with, I enjoy spicy food and Marta has always been very helpful in customizing my dishes, and even my salsa. Arturo makes a very good Margarita, he’s very friendly to everyone he talks to. I can’t really say enough good things about this restaurant; but I think there a reason why many of the customers gravitate towards Marta/Arturo, so this is something to think about when you go there.
