My 1st visit was just amazing all around! I’m super picky on flavors, environment, and especially service! They were top notch on every level!! Warm romantic unique environment, fabulous starters and excellent ‘Seafood Linguini’ with sizeable portions, excellent wine pairing!, and the hospitality made me feel like I was a regular 🙂 Definitely a new go to ! Thank you Lisa & Brad!!!)

Terrible experience!. Things started out fine. Our server who is also the owner appeared welcoming and seemed to have a decent knowledge of Washington wines. We ordered food soon after being sat. Then we waited, and waited. So, we ordered another glass of wine and waited some more. A bottle of wine and another glass later, which times wise, equated to at least an hour and a half in which we still hadn’t got our food. So we asked for the check and left, Surely never to return again! The owner who was our orginal server didn’t even bring us our check or come over to apologize, she sent someone else. She wouldn’t even look at us! I am disgusted at the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed at Tandem. One of my worst dining experiences ever!
We Won’t Be Back ….. Arrived at 5:30 …. Out at 8:00 …. Big Sigh ….Greeted and seated by owner – she noted it was comfort food Sunday … I don’t know what your idea of comfort food is but mine is not baked salmon, clams or crab. Each to his own. Tried to order spaghetti, they were out of spaghetti (Really? Out of Spaghetti – How does that happen?) Ordered a bottle of wine, a Cheese Plate, Pork Chop (my kind of comfort food) and the Fillet – then we were completely ignored by the wait staff until our food arrived 1&1/2 hrs later. Guess we should have ordered the comfort food – everyone that came in after us did and they got there food within 5-10 minutes. The food was good, the wine list was fine (kinda pricey by the glass) but we won’t be back … expected a lot more for my $150.
