Delicious whole food, conscious alternative for those of us with restricted diets. Sweet potato empanadas were SPECTACULAR. They have variety in their food for those who want to branch out while, still offering classics. I have yet to taste anything I didn’t LOVE at nuflour. Best glutenfree starches I’ve ever had.
Love love LOVE this bakery!I had gender reveal cupcakes made and a birthday cake for my husband a couple months later. So great and delicious. A little pricey for custom stuff but good. All the other baked goods are delightful as well. Brownies and muffins and such.
Nuflours is a gluten-free bakery and I had a GF client flying in so we got an assortment of goodies: quiches, cookies and hand pies. Everyone enjoyed the food, particularly the curried potato and spinach/feta hand pies and the ginger snap and chocolate chip cookies. The hand pies had a sprinkling of salt on them which really made the crust shine!The dough was a bit more crumbly than regular dough but the taste was on point.
