Excellent. I’m not a huge pasta person, but the reviews and awards sucked me in. Was not disappointed (as far as pasta goes). Got the house specialty (Tajarin al Burro e Salvia [butter and sage]) = awesome. Also got the Agnolotti dal plin (meat-filled mini-ravioli) = an explosion of flavor in every tiny bite.Got the cheesecake for dessert. I like cheesecake but don’t usually pick it, but this had great reviews – and again, I was not disappointed. If I ever get back to Seattle with my wife, this will be first on our list.

A triple superb !!!!!!! First time here and it exceeds all expectations and hopes. We will return. Wine and aperitifs were superb as well as the service. Wow.

this is my favorite place to go eat pasta. it’s super fresh and the flavors are so different. the menu is small, and maybe could rotate a bit more, but you find what you like and it’s usually still there the next time you visit.it’s still a tiny place, even though it expanded a bit. it can feel like you’re sitting at other people’s tables and its dark inside. the pasta is great, so eat family style to allow everyone to try some. it’s not a place that i originally wanted to go to, but it’s now a destination place for me. i will keep coming back over and over.

The closest thing to Piemonte in Seattle. Magically airy, light tajarin with sage and butter will take you to another place. Everything is expertly done and served in an intimate setting which cannot be beat.Tip – sit at the bar and watch the show in the kitchen as your dinner is being prepared. thehungrydogblog.com

Absolutely delicious! My NYC Italian guests were very impressed by everything. The room, the service and the incredibly prepared foodie food. Order the lamb cheeks. You’ll thank me. Make sure you try the homemade pasta, too. You’ll thank me again.

Sit at the bar and eat like your in Italy for the night!. I’ll just add to the already glowing reviews for Spinasse. It is just as good as everyone says it is. We went a few months ago for my husband’s birthday and the meal was delicious. I suggest sitting at the chef’s bar to watch the kitchen staff work. Their house wine is delicious, but they also have a very in-depth wine list as you would expect at any good Italian restaurant. My favorite dish of the night was the Tajarin al Ragu o Burro e Salvia (Fine hand cut egg pasta with ragu or butter and sage). Savory, light, and satisfying — I still think about this dish and can’t wait to go back and order it again. Spinassee is a must do!
