  Oh no, you di’n’t!. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. After a long flight across 2 time zones on Christmas day, our options were limited for dinner at 8:30 PM. We were seated immediately, so they weren’t THAT busy. We took a few minutes to decide what we wanted & the waitress was very patient with us. However, once ordered, we waited almost an hour for our food (That means it was nearly midnight in the time zone we flew from & we hadn’t had anything to eat since lunch at noon. Had we had other options, we couldve gone to a busier restaurant, had to wait for a table for half an hour, ordered, & been served faster than we received food here.) We saw our order sitting in the pass for a while, so my husband went and asked the expediter if it was our order. He was rudely told no by the guy. Our food was taken by someone else, then brought back because it was the wrong order. It was then served to us cold, by the same rude guy who had told us it wasn’t our order. He couldn’t even set our food on our table without being rude to us again. My husband & son were so hungry, they ate theirs. I sent mine back. When the refire was brought out, the same rude guy brought it to us. We asked him to get us the manager & he scoffed & laughed at us, then walked off. When our waitress returned, we asked her to get the manager, which she did. My husband spoke to the manager quietly, trying not to make a scene. The manager offered no apology and made no attempt to rectify the situation, even after the waitress also spoke to him about our bill. If I could, I would give it zero stars…
