Disappointment!!. This restaurant wouldn’t take a reservation for 22 people for dinner because they wanted to keep their restaurant open for walk-ins who might want to watch the basketball game! Really!! In this economy how do you turn away a guarantee dinner party of 22??? This makes no sense!! How do they keep their doors open. We took our party to their competitor!
Good tasting food. Much more authentic than other Thai restaurants in Spokane. A little over priced though dinner for two was $70+
Best thai in town!. Great food, great service. Recommend for sure!
Decent. The thai food here is ok. Their pad thai is decent though more so on the sweet side and their fried rice has a deliciously smokey flavor. However, their Tom Yum is absolutely tasteless. The broth looks red and intense but that’s about it. It doesn’t hold a candle to the Tom Yum in Thailand. The menu items are definitely more on the pricier side so don’t waste money on a tasteless soup. My favorite is their black rice pudding with coconut ice cream. The black rice has a chewy rice cake texture that blends magically with the coconut milk and ice cream. If I were to recommend anything on the menu, it was would be this dessert! Save room!
Sci-fi Thai. I’ve never been disappointed. Great food and friendly service from people who really seem to appreciate that you’re there. Crazy. And where else can you dine with a 7 foot tall, hand made Predator replica fabricated from scrap steel and machine parts? Nowhere, mon frere.Update: OK, I was finally disappointed. Went for the great lunch buffet only to find that it was gone. Wife and I stood waiting to be seated anyway for about 5 minutes, lost interest and went to the Elk.
Great food. Only thai place in greater spokane that does green papaya salad. I highly recommend it!!!
Tasty thai. I came to this Spokane area twice to teach and do some consulting jobs. I was famished after the trip here and decided check out the area around the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find this Thai place. And I came back again on my next trip too. It has a good buffet for a reasonable price. Good authentic beef, chicken and other dishes. Very authentic dishes and very tasty. Everything was well prepared and it was good to see that this place is still around. What I liked was that they listed the Thai names for the dishes besides the ingredients so you know what is in each dish. It also is a great way to search for the recipes when journeying home (in my case, back to Kansas). I also like the shops in the same building area to find gifts.
