Mobile variety. I stopped at Bistro Box while parked on Division at Staples a couple of weeks ago. I was thinking a grilled cheese and french fries are good basics for my first try. The fries were good, plenty of the crispy small pieces that are favorite and remind me of the old The View in N. ID we frequented growing up. The grilled cheese was a little too oily for me but had good flavor. The menu has great variety, enticing fresh options and will hit them up again for something scrumptious at the Food Truck Rally for First Friday(s).
We adore this truck, and Barb! Really great food with an upscale feel. Love the variety and you have to try the fries!! During the summer months, they are at the Emerson-Garfield Farmers Market (807 W. Knox) and they have the most delicious Cod tacos.
YUM!. Stopped by the Bistro Box today at the Staples parking lot on Division near Foothills. What a nice lady dishing up delicious food. What a great BLT (not your everyday with roasted red pepper and arugula). The menu is diverse enough to keep you coming back. Thanks for the great lunch. Can’t wait til I see your truck again.
