Arroz con Pollo is the dish I compare all Mexican restaurant by. The way Fiesta Mexicana prepares it is unique and delish. The difference is not as much rice. First thing I noticed was the flavor the vegetables, crisp; the chicken was tender and the sauce yummy. The wait staff are pleasant, friendly and quick. Give them a tryI’ll be back
Yum. I live close to this restaurant and have been going to it for years. The food is consistent, fresh, and served quickly. I’m not going to say it’s authentic because I don’t know what that means. I love Mexican food in the style they serve it – Beans and rice, seasoned meats and warm chips with good salsa. Sauces are good on those meals that have them and portions are more than enough. I’ve been to many other Mexican restaurants in Spokane and this is one of the best. It’s not corporate which is a huge plus. I’ve not strayed too far from the usual Fajitas, Carne Asada, and Spinach burrito because they are so good. It’s a warm tasty meal in a clean cozy restaurant at a good price. I give them high marks.
