This restaurant serves a rectangular shaped pizza with a thin crust that melts in your mouth. The toppings are plentiful . I had the pesto pizza which was delicious. We also shared a spinach Gorgonzola salad that was fresh and lightly dressed with a balsamic raspberry vinaigrette. Our Italian wine (Montepulciano) was full bodied and complimented the entire meal. The service was attentive and I loved the urban contemporary atmosphere.

SLOW SERVICE. The food is great, but the wait is not worth it!
Great service at Fire. We had heard good things about Fire, so we thought we would give it a try. We were very pleased with the service our waiter provided. We had the Carmina. It had a bit of a kick, but it was well worth it- the flavors worked well together. We topped dinner off with the chocolate chip cookie and vanilla bean ice cream. The gray sea salt just enhances the dessert that melts in your mouth. We will be back!

Fired up about Fire. Have eaten here twice now and am obsessed with the crimini mushroom pizza and my husband is a fan of the meat pizza. As their attire states – you will eat your crusts – they’re amazing! Only comment/suggestion would be that it would be nice if the pizza came with a simple green salad rather than only having larger salads sold separately.
