I travel to Spokane on business, so I always eat alone. The counter at Frank’s is a friendly place for good diner food. The wait staff makes me feel welcome. I look forward to the meatloaf and gravy every trip. The peach cobbler is good, too.
Everyone there greeted us like we were celebrities. Our waitress was careful and very efficient. I enjoyed the soft poached egg and crispy hash brown breakfast and my husband raved about the Houston omelette.
