facebook.com/chelsea.r.dehaas/videos/1828811793818286/This link illustrates a pretty disgraceful situation in which Luigi’s staff treated an Uber Eats driver with incredible unkindness and disrespect. Spokanites and travelers alike should avoid this restaurant until they have apologized to Chelsea.
If i could give a 0, I would! Do not order here! Do not get food to go, do not go in to eat. Find another place. Food is nasty and way too expensive, not to mention the staff are awful and the owner is worse than the staff. Literally left crying. So awful. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant in all my life.

Awesome holiday dinner. We were in Spokane over the Christmas holiday and had the good fortune to eat dinner at Luigis. There were 3 of us, we enjoyed a real nice bottle of NW red wine. I think it was a Cab from Leonetti. My wife enjoyed the chicken Calabria, I had the Veal Picatta and our guest had a Marsala dish. All the food was served fresh, hot and very well presented. The sauces were delicate yet bold. The Picatta was tangy and really delicious. The hostess was friendly and efficient, the waitress outstanding. A chubby guy in a white chefs apron was probably the opener, he made us feel welcomed. We will return.
Nothing impressive. Bland food that was shockingly over priced! $16 for a child’s plate of spaghetti, a cup of soup and an iced tea.
Not impressed at all. My seafood dish was over cook. Server did not offer to replace. My husband veal was bland and not very tender. My niece had chicken she also said it was bland.
Wouldn’t go back. Mushy, overcooked veggies in two different vegetarian dishes and they really skimped on them as well – mostly noodles. A watery Alfredo sauce, and some awful minestrone soup. The service was good and I didn’t think they were that expensive for independent restaurant but they need a better chef…
